THE PROJECT
Christchurch City Libraries wanted a way to measure the impact that their services have on people and the community.
We helped them develop a series of ongoing case study videos showcasing their very cool creative services and high-tech maker spaces that the library offers.

THE DETAILS
The focus for this project was collecting qualitative data, rather than quantitative. This means they were more interested in the impact they had, rather than just numbers through the doors.
Spending time in their busy library space gave us a deeper understanding of the library as a whole. This also meant plenty of going with the flow for filming times, being able to adapt to changes, and being mindful of customers, and locations.
The library team were absolute professionals and great to work with and made us feel like part of their team.
These shoots were done efficiently and quickly, in 4 hours or less, with each library customer being onsite for 3 hours.
