Townsend Seeds came to Storylight wanting a video but didn’t know exactly how to go about it. We helped them to focus their strategy on attracting local growers, which we discovered was the bottleneck in their process. We filmed for over a year to capture the complete process from planting to sale.

This was one epic project shot over one year and really shows the value of investing in the capture of a large amount of footage that can be used as a “library” for future projects.
We wrote an original script, based on our unique and in-depth research into their company along with an original music score to take the audience on a journey.
Through an extensive audition process, we found a unique and original voice-over artist to match the brand voice.
It was important to get an authentic and non-sales read, that would resonate with local Canterbury growers.
The video project uncovered a marketing strategy with recommendations for a social media strategy and YouTube channel optimisation that they can use going forward.
As part of the package, we also took a heap of absolutely stunning photos on-site.
We have used Storylight to produce a number of videos, including our recent brand story for local seed growers. The final script and video were fantastic! They auditioned voices, composed music, and then brought everything together visually. It was an agronomy work of art, that our sales team will be using for a long time.
