THE PROJECT
Farm IQ is a farm management software that allows farmers to bring information together in one place, allowing farmers to be more sustainable, productive and profitable.
They were looking for a hero video to go onto the home page of their new website.

THE DETAILS
Storylight was stoked to collaborate with the Farm IQ marketing department to create an engaging 2-minute motion graphics explainer video to showcase their product. We believe that through collaboration you always get the best results.
Animation needs to be done in steps. You just can’t go from script to finished video. Well you can, but there is no way to go back without blowing your budget.
We auditioned many voice-over artists to get the right fit of professionalism and warmth with natural sound.
Storylight wrote and designed a soundtrack which included elements of the “app” in the sound design. The goal was to create a seamless, bespoke video that would resonate with the farming audience.
The result was an engaging, animated video complete with infographics, typography, character animation and on-farm scenes along with voiced-over with our music and finished off with some sweet sound FX to enhance the story.
